California Film Festival….

I spent a great evening with some very talented film makers. Russell Brownley and Kahana Kalama’s “Gum For My Boat” wow’ed the crowd again. A very compelling and emotional movie about some beautiful kids in Bangladesh who have discovered surfing…..surfing in India….

Gum For My Boat took top honors again as the Top Short Movie for the California Film Festival. Congratulations to Russell and Kahaha….skillfully shot…incredible edits and a story that needed to be told….and told again.
